Over 13,000 visitors attended the largest maritime and offshore industry trade show in Latin America, which took place from August 19 to 21 (Tuesday to Thursday) at ExpoRio Cidade Nova, Rio de Janeiro – RJ. During the three days of the exhibition and networking, the Belov Group's space at Navalshore 2025 presented new developments and a wealth of information to the public.
In its fourth participation, the Belov stand was set up in a new location, featured a private room for business negotiations and meetings, and displayed models of vessels developed at the Belov Shipyard — the OTSV Belov Mares, the Belov Piatã ocean dredge, and the world's first hybrid pushers. Some of these are well-known to visitors due to their operations in regional basins and always generate curiosity about technical data and details.
Offshore Services Directors Juracy Vilas-Bôas and André Weber Carneiro welcomed clients, friends, and partners, strengthening the Belov Group's market connection and presenting new business opportunities. Committees from various sectors also represented the teams from Human Resources, Supply, Naval Projects, Electrical, and Engineering. The HR Manager, Quezia Farinelli, along with her team, presented professional areas of activity within the corporation to groups of students and new navigation talent, as well as the challenges and competitive advantages for selection, which are distributed among the vacancies offered for the Bahia and Rio de Janeiro units. The Supply sector strengthened ties with suppliers, explored market innovations, and visited other stands, in addition to clarifying questions and explaining important demands for new acquisitions for the shipyard and the vessels.
The Belov Shipyard team was present at the fair with Dilson D'Assumpção Neto (Shipyard Manager); Guilherme Falcão and Iago Belov (Naval Projects), Tiago Nascimento (Electrical); and Iran Vinhático (Supply). The Guapimirim operational base was represented by Paulo Ricardo Curty, Diego Vieira de Figueiredo, and Milena da Veiga Gomes (Supply); Fernanda Reis, Andrea Medeiros, Andressa Barcellos, and Amanda Pereira (Human Resources). Other employees from sectors such as Diving and ROV also visited the stand.
Navalshore expanded its space in 2025, occupying two floors of the convention center and hosting more than 400 brands, lectures, and business rounds. In total, the area jumped from 6,000 to 10,000 square meters, and from 110 to 136 exhibiting companies.
