Technology on shore, safety at high seas: Grupo Belov’s Guapimirim Maritime Monitoring Center – CMMG has launched its operations. The investment in technology at the facility, which is responsible for the company’s offshore operations, is essential to better serving clients in the Oil & Gas market, particularly regarding safety and performance.
This infrastructure represents another step toward innovation, safety, and operational efficiency for the corporation. Installed at the Guapimirim/RJ operational base, the CMMG receives real-time images, coordinates, and critical data from vessels serving offshore contracts. This enhances crew support and the ability to prevent accidents and deviations during operations, while providing onshore teams with crucial information for strategic decision-making.
The Offshore Services Director, Andre Weber Carneiro, explains that the CMMG was designed to turn data into response capacity, connecting events at sea to decisions that strengthen onshore operations.
