To plan and build a sustainable future, it's essential that social, environmental, and governance (ESG) actions are increasingly interconnected within organizations. With this in mind, the Belov Group's leadership is already planning a strategy to unify consolidated initiatives and launch new projects for 2025. This proposal is the result of developments, one of the milestones of which is the upcoming release of the corporation's first ESG report.
Various teams within the Belov Group are organizing a sustainability agenda to align calendars and actions to be consolidated from 2025 onwards. This effort aims to achieve a greater scope of objectives, improved performance, increased employee engagement, and overcome certain limitations that tend to isolate initiatives or result in lower participation and visibility. Territorial, operational, and cultural aspects are being considered so that dimensions and areas of influence do not become a limiting factor.
This year's major proposal will foster greater interaction between teams in Bahia and Rio de Janeiro, as well as their workforces involved in Belov Group projects in Maranhão and São Paulo. This includes activities such as recycling and resource utilization, special training and development, production of publications, environmental education, dissemination of best practices, innovation projects, and other potential initiatives, in addition to enabling new ideas.
Integrating the entire structure into a sustainability journey seeks to boost, update, and expand internal projects, replicate local actions, and make room for new developments. Some well-known examples for employees and the communities where Belov Group units are located include the "Belov at School" project and the "World Cleanup Day."
Official brands and programs, as well as activities involving the external public and the eagerly anticipated Belov Group ESG report, will soon be announced to employees.
