Belov Group strengthens executive integration through internal strategic summit

Between January 16 and 24, the Belov Group hosted Conecta Belov, a corporate summit designed to refine strategic planning and align sectoral budgets, objectives, and KPIs for 2026. Held across the group’s Rio de Janeiro and Bahia hubs, the event gathered key representatives from both administrative and operational divisions.

The initiative, spearheaded by the Board of Directors, serves as a vital platform for strategic alignment and the collaborative development of corporate goals. By focusing on the continuous monitoring and revision of the Group’s long-term strategy, the event fostered high-level integration between diverse business units.

The Rio de Janeiro sessions (Jan 16–17) featured expert insights into the offshore market outlook, while the Bahia sessions (Jan 23–24) focused on national port sector trends. Both locations concluded with a specialized seminar on leadership, reinforcing the Group's commitment to management excellence.
