In late January, the Belov Group conducted an institutional visit to China with the mission of expanding ties with local companies and fostering new technical partnerships. During the first few days, Director Sérgio Belov and Procurement Manager Iran Vinhático met with CCCC (China Communications Construction Company), a multinational firm specializing in engineering projects such as highways, bridges, tunnels, railways, subways, airports, oil platforms, and ports. The visit focused on a major infrastructure project in the city of Wenzhou, located in the Zhejiang province.
The engagement facilitated interaction between the companies and a valuable exchange of knowledge regarding solutions and methodologies for sea bridge construction. This expertise is expected to contribute to the execution of the future Salvador–Itaparica Bridge. The meeting also solidified the strategic relationship and technical cooperation between the Belov Group and CCCC.
