The Belov Group ESG initiative schedule presents the first results of the 2026.2 cycle, driving the environmental agenda as an unifying link for the initiatives that comprise its corporate agenda—consolidated in 2025 as the Belov Sustainable Journey.

This period also centered on a series of events organized by the teams in celebration of World Environment Day and World Oceans Day, celebrated on June 5th and 6th, respectively.

Belov at School
The agenda kicked off with the “Belov at School” project, which used theatrical storytelling to raise awareness among the target audience about sustainability and environmental education. In April, the first sessions took place in Guapimirim (RJ), home to Grupo Belov’s Offshore Services Operational Base. The chosen venue was the Guapimirim Municipal Cultural Center, with an audience made up of students and teachers from the Rosa de Sarom Municipal School.

The company also hosted guided tours of its Diving Training Center for schools in Guapimirim. Students from both public and private schools explored the facilities, interacted with professionals, and observed live diving activities. These guided tours have been part of "Belov at School" since its inception and have already benefited hundreds of students.

In Bahia, sessions took place in May at the Afonso Valido Daycare Center and at the Edulindo Ribeiro Monteiro, Eraldo Tinoco, and Castelo Branco schools, located in Mapele—a district of Simões Filho where the Belov Shipyard is located. Beyond theater, the project incorporates other activities such as small exhibitions, practical lessons, and educational video screenings. These methodologies will be further explored in upcoming rounds planned for other areas within Grupo Belov’s sphere of influence or at its ongoing project sites.

Environmental Awareness Month
The month of May was marked by environmental awareness actions conducted weekly for employees in Rio de Janeiro (onshore and offshore). Lectures and practical drills covered diverse topics led by guest speakers: Hélio Silveira (Biologist and Beekeeper), Wander Guerra (Environmental Engineer), Helaine Beatriz Garcia (Sports Educator at the Guapimirim Department of Education), and Antônio Guedes (Contingency Supervisor at the Civil Defense Secretariat).

Environmental Awareness Month concluded with a special closing event, “Running for the SDGs,” held in Guapimirim around Grupo Belov’s headquarters. In addition to invited guests, two hundred registered participants took part in a 5km run or a 2.5km walk by donating 2 kg of non-perishable food, which was directed to local philanthropic institutions dedicated to the rehabilitation of individuals with chemical dependencies.

World Environment Day
Activities centered around World Environment Day and World Oceans Day in June were focused at the Belov Shipyard and active construction sites across the country, featuring various lectures and video presentations according to each team's schedule. The organizing committees took the opportunity to compile actions from the 2025 Sustainable Journey and present an overview of the 2026 agenda. Headquarters, for example, launched its own internal sustainability projects for employees, such as reusable eco-cups and support for Projeto Castrampinha (a spay/neuter initiative), which has already been adopted across other company units.

Commitment to Sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
In 2026, Grupo Belov reinforced its commitment to employees, clients, and stakeholders toward a more sustainable future, aiming to drive increasingly responsible, ethical operations aligned with sustainability principles and the UN Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

With this milestone, executive management aims to support the development of initiatives that integrate sustainability into the company’s daily operations and encourage continuous improvement in processes, practices, and societal relationships.

Ideas that Blossom
In Guapimirim, the second edition of the "Ideas that Blossom" project was launched. Originally developed in 2025 with two initial meetings, the initiative serves as a forum for sharing sustainability ideas between the company and its teams. The goal is to encourage greater employee participation to build more robust and comprehensive sustainable practice initiatives that extend beyond the workplace. The organizing committee envisions holding another session with new participants before the end of 2026.

Later in 2026, additional activities are planned, including "World Cleanup Day," "Belov Social Reaction," and several new sustainability, governance, and environmental initiatives across Belov Group companies.
