The 2025 edition of the Internal Week for the Prevention of Occupational Accidents and the Environment (SIPATMA) at Belov Group took place during the last week of November, from the 24th to the 28th. The event is part of the Human Factors Journey, an internal promotion initiative, and adopted the theme: “Caring is the commitment that unites us.”
The program offered activities for both offshore and onshore teams, featuring lectures by internal specialists and guest speakers who addressed topics related to safety, health, and environmental preservation. The content was designed to reinforce the importance of collective care within the corporation, valuing teams that operate across diverse challenges, contexts, and environments.
At Belov Group’s offshore service support base in Guapimirim (RJ), the programming went beyond employee-focused sessions to include activities for their families. "Family Day" featured guided tours, allowing relatives to get an up-close look at the facilities and a glimpse into the employees' daily work routines. Guests visited operational areas and watched demonstrations of ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) and diving activities, including a professional dive at the training center.
