During the first week of July, the Belov Group was visited by auditor Bill Chilton, Diving Manager at IMCA - International Marine Contractors Association, for an in-person audit at the Guapimirim (RJ) base, as part of the formal admission process to the institution.
The audit involved management systems, detailed analyses of professional diving equipment, operational procedures, and support structures. The results of the visit will contribute to further improvements and alignments with the naval area, strengthening synergy between the Belov Group's operational fronts.
The meeting included an exclusive lecture for employees participating in the "Dive Technician" training course. The Belov Group has the largest team of IMCA Diving Supervisors in Brazil, whose certification represents the highest international standard of competence, safety, and offshore operational excellence.
