Belov Group's International Women's Day celebrations will feature a series of content shared throughout March, across in-person activities, the corporate network, and the internet. With the theme "Woman: courage and inspiration to transform," the messages aim to reaffirm women's presence in various environments and areas of work.
To mature aspects involving diversity, equity, and inclusion among talents, it's essential to develop and consolidate actions that promote personal value and guarantee respect for women in leadership and key work fronts. It's necessary to expand dialogue and training with relevant topics for interpersonal communication and business, enabling transformations in the organizational culture across various internal links and externally.
To increase the topic's visibility, Belov Group prepared a series of statements from four women on its teams. This content will be shared on social media (Instagram and LinkedIn) during March. The featured guests were Kellya Aragão (Occupational Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health Management), Helayna Soares (Budget Management), Cristiane Laurindo (Occupational Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health - Offshore), and Nicolly Sant'Anna (Nautical Officer, Navigation Sector). In their testimonials, these professionals highlighted topics such as the job market, their areas of education and expertise, compensation, skills, management, and strategy, among others.
Internally, the visual identity for the period, applied to some materials and the corporate wallpaper (network desktop), emphasized women's diversity and the issue of "respect." This topic was addressed in DSS (Daily Safety Stand-up) meetings in Bahia, at the Headquarters, and at the Mapele Maritime Yard with the presence of guest Alba Ribeiro, a psychologist who brought the audience closer to the delicate issue of moral and sexual harassment in the workplace.
